Every new pool needs a barrier. Be the first fence they call.
New pool permits in Florida, delivered daily to fence, screen enclosure and paver companies. Florida law requires a safety barrier, alarm or cover before a new pool passes final inspection.
Why the owner has to hire
Florida's Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act requires a new residential pool to have at least one safety feature, such as a barrier, alarms or an approved cover, before it can pass final inspection. Some cities, like Coral Gables, go further and bar filling the pool until the barrier is permitted and inspected. Florida also issues roughly a third of all US pool permits. The homeowner is not shopping around for months. They need it done inside the permit window.

Questions
Which Florida markets are live?
Miami-Dade County permits are first, because the county publishes them free with owner and contractor details. Tampa Bay counties follow once their data latency is measured.
Do you give me the homeowner's cell phone?
No. Texting or autodialing a homeowner without written consent creates TCPA and Florida FTSA exposure for you. We give owner mailing addresses for mail and builder phone numbers for business calls.
How fast do I get the permit?
The morning after it shows up in the public feed. For Miami-Dade that is usually within a few days of issue.
